1. Service Scope

QuantxBot operates as a structured execution system integrating AI-enhanced market modeling with risk-managed automation frameworks. We do not provide financial advice, brokerage services, or discretionary fund management.

2. Market Risk Acknowledgment

Trading foreign exchange, commodities, and leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss.

• Capital is exposed to market volatility.
• Drawdowns may occur.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Broker conditions (spread, slippage, liquidity) may affect execution.

3. No Performance Guarantee

QuantxBot does not guarantee profitability, capital preservation, or specific return levels under any market condition.

4. User Obligations

• You retain full control of your brokerage account.
• You determine capital allocation and risk tolerance.
• You are responsible for regulatory compliance within your jurisdiction.

5. Fees & Access

Subscription or allocation-based performance fees may apply. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, infrastructure models, risk systems, and proprietary frameworks remain the exclusive property of QuantxBot Systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

QuantxBot shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses
• Technical interruptions
• Broker-related execution errors
• Force majeure events

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
